After-hour Entrance

Come to the after-hour entrance located north of the hospital. When enter, the door to the emergency room is locked. Ask for the receptionist to unlock the door. See the map on the right.

What to Bring

• health insurance card
• medical care certificate (if any)
• patient registration card (if you are a new patient, please fill out a registration form)要差し替え
• medication notebook (or app)
• medicines you regularly take
• infant medical certificate (if any)
• maternal and child health handbook (if any)
• deposit
